day thirty-five: PATTERN!

That’s right, I have the first draft of my pants pattern done. I’m actually really pleased, not because they fit (I haven’t basted them together yet), but because they look like a plausibly period version of pants.

i’m actually really excited to make these now.

this project is an emotional rollercoaster.

I’ll work on basting these together tomorrow. The gusset isn’t long enough, but that’s easily fixed. Right now, I need some sleep. I’ll tell you more about this tomorrow.
